On-Field Assessments

Easily administer on-field and sideline assessments through your mobile device. The Sway System includes standard assessments such as:

Red Flags
Red-flag observation notes pertain to serious deterioration of neurological function occurring within the first 24-48 hours of an event.

Maddocks questions are used as part of the clinical assessment of possible concussion on the sports sideline.

Observable Signs
Athletes who experience one or more of these common observable signs and symptoms may have a concussion and should be seen by a doctor.

Glasgow Coma Scale
A common assessment used to describe the level of consciousness in a person following a traumatic brain injury to help gauge the severity of an acute brain injury.

Cervical Spine
Assessment of possible neck injury to detect spinal cord injury and the potential for such injury resulting from instability of the cervical spine.
